Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products slight variations in color and design are embraced. When ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at felties@hotmail.com within 14 days from the receipt of your order, so that we can find a solution. Please contact us first before sending your product(s) back to receive pertinent details for your return. Your items should be mailed within 14 days from a date of Fuzzy Lovies' approval sent via email. All merchandise should be in its original condition with the original packaging and receipt (printed from your email confirmation). Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable. In the event of an exchange, shipping fees are a customer's responsibility.
